Kimberly is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and coach, renowned for her intuitive guidance through major business and life transitions. She empowers professionals to navigate pivotal moments with confidence, drawing from her book 'Unexpected Pivots'. 

Previously, Kimberly was CEO of a professional services company, WebMethod, focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM). While there she successfully scaled the business, prioritizing alignment of vision with values and preparing the founder to step into the primary leadership role of the organization. She also spent 15+ years at American Express in the technologies division leading operations, production support, and development teams. 

With over two decades of global leadership and mentorship experience, Kimberly is committed to helping professionals discover their unique paths to joy and fulfillment in both their work and personal life. Her career journey primarily spans the technology and finance sectors, encompassing both Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial startups.
